2003 Other Opel Models white smoke from exchaust pipe

My opel frontera have a lot of white smoke from exchaust pipe, it is 2.2 petrol engine, after I change the piston rings still the same problem.

Do a compression test on cylinders .. the head may be warped or cracked !!
