1993 Opel Kadett 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

Hi There, both the warning lights for the Battery Charge and the Brake Fluid remain on after start-up and there is a whining sound from the engine. Do you think it's an alternator problem? Many thanks.

Replace alternator and check brake fluid level is good
