2001 Opel Astra the car key

I have a remote kar key which I can open and close the car remotly I have one key when I press it to open the car it blinks but no respond from the reciever in the car the other key is working good is there a steps to reset the remote or any thing else to fix it?

The key needs to be reprogrammed using a diagnostic computer ..!!
