2001 Opel Astra engine emissons light
is it possible for this light to come on if the battery needs to be changed

Altenator voltage damage is the battery lamp glow
Fot the battery replacement usualy the Opel batteries have a green ident ball on them which it desapears whenm the battery is dead or with low voltage!
As for do it yourdelf repair i would suggest to be adviced with opel repair software or autodata with 135 euros each
