1994 Other Oldsmobile Models Engine light

My engine light came on and there is a bit of a squeel coming from it. Almost sounds like a bearing but I cant seem to find what it is.

any ideas

Hi:
If the light is on, there is a code set in the computer. Have the computer scanned at a nationally recognized parts store and it will identify where the problem is coming from. Also, most of the stores will scan for free, so you shouldn't have any money out of pocket.
