We need your help. Last Saturday, I drove the car around town without a problem; I noticed when I parked the car that it was very low on gas. the car sat in the driveway until Wednesday, it refused to start. I put a couple of gallons of gas in; still refused to start. Plenty of cranking power, it will crank until I drain the battery. It will not pop off. Went and added more gasoline. It still will not start. Put a little starting fluid into her and it started for a second. I've checked the fluid levels, disconnected the negative battery cable to reset the computer, checked the fuses. I'm lost and need to go to work. Can you help without costing me over 300.00 for a new fuel pump which is located on top of the gas tank.
