Hello There.
I have a 1992 Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight Royale LS.
My problem is I can't seem to get the blower fan to work. I think it might be a loose wire because about 4 months ago it would come on and go off every so often but not anymore. My car has the Electric climate control and all the buttons work and when I press the fan speed button on the steering wheel as on the control box it will not come on. I tryed disconnecting the climate control box and reconnecting it but that didn't do anything. If it's a fuse or relay problem how would I go about fixing it. Unforuntly i'm just the average joe so you will have to bear with me. Thanks for any answers.

Try direct power to the blower motor if it comes on check the resistor pack, then to the control switch.

Thanks rasmataz for your reply. I found out the problem was a shot blower fan. Where I live we have place called Piston Ring they wanted $80 CDN for a new one so I decided to get a used one which was $50 dollars :) and the used one works like a charm. I recommend anyone else out there that has the same car as me to use a multimeter on your blower fan connection as this was the problem for me.
