Electrical problem
1999 Oldsmobile Intrigue 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my car windows stop working, first it was the driver side then the other quickly followed. I have tried cleaning the wires of the master switch, but it is still getting no power. Can you tell me what is wrong whit it and how can I fix it?

Do you have a sunroof if so try opening it unable to check the power window circuit breaker behind right side of dash on right door opening

You should have power on the yellow wire on the master switch wiring harness, no power there were right back to the breaker. Power there master switch

Is this the 30amp fuse? Did you inspect it or test it for power?

I test it using a fuse tester
I don't know the amp of the fuse.
But as far as I know it was working with that one

If the master switch is properly grounded then you have an open circuit between the switch and the circuit breaker 30amp-use the diagram to trace it

The yellow wire is suppose to have power at all times at the master switch wiring connector. Earlier you stated that there's no power at the switch, get somebody that has an electrical experience to help you this can be a nightmare
