IF I WAS TO TRY AND PUT MY 3.8 IN A 2000 MODEL WHICH CURRENTLY HAS A 3.5 WHAT PROBLEMS AM I GOING TO ENCOUNTER? THANKS

The 3.8's motor mounts won't fit, neither will the exhaust. You'll also have to completely change out the computer and wiring harness, as well as many smaller things such as emissions equipment, hoses, etc.
Not to mention, you'll never get that car certified to run on the roads.
