my battery was dead so i replaced it. when i tried to start it after i replaced the battery it turns over great but i dont have spark. Is there a code or something i have to do to reset the computer? I had a friend tell me he had the same problem on a car and they reset the computer and it worked again is a does a car that old have to reset? and how do you do it?

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs,distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors- Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it

well i changed the coil now it sputters n starts now it vibrates but wont drive it dies in gear

all i get for a code is 12 and reading other posts everything is fine but it isnt it idels HARD stutters and if you put it in gear it dies instantly i have spark now i pulled some plugs and they have a white film on them but not burnt so could it be the crank sensor i unplugged it and it just turns over but plugged in it starts and if it is that how do you change it?
