Were you having trouble before the tune-up? Any codes?

the datalink connector should be under the left side of dash, to access codes. Not sure which connector you have, either 5 pin connector or 12 pin connector, not both. If the 12 pin, turn key on, no crank, place jumper wire between terminals A & B, then the check engine lite starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes.

You can post the codes here, myself or somebody else will tell you what they mean. The first code will probably be code 12, one flash, slight pause, two quick flashes, may repeat three times before moving to next code. two digit codes.

I checked the codes and one said it was the ignition control module, took it off and got it tested. Was not putting out enough spark. Codes were 12, 24, & 42. will replace ignition module tomorrow.
