1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass 6 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 200000 miles

my car wont start all lights work and it wont turn over, battery keeps draining so I brought a new battery and I started for a week now it wont start back up.

You need to have it checked for a direct short within the electrical system this is the cause of your problem

Do this disconnect the battery positive cable and get a test light and put it in between the disconnected cable and battery positive post if there's a short the test light will lit-now start removing fuse by fuse till the light goes off-the one that cause the light to turn off is the trouble circuit.
