1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass keep overheating

i have a 94 cutlass supreme that keeps overheating if u put water in it last for a while then makes a loud while that sounds exactly like a tea kettle the car supposivly has a new water pump and thermostat in it i know it has a brand new radiator and i hoping its not the head gaskets any suggestions

Get it block and pressure tested to rule out the headgasket,head and block. Also pressure test the radiator cap-

Might want to bleed the cooling system.

It may be that your using just plain water. remember to use 50/50 pre mix coolant. (Green) it also might be your thermostat is suck in the closed posistion....
