1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass gas valve on engine

The gas valve on my 1994 cutlass remains open at all times causing for the chambers to over flow. Changed out the valve already thinking it was that but the problem remians.

I'm not sure what a "Gas Valve" is. Are you refering to the fuel pressure regulator?

Sorry, I hit reply by accident. Have you checked the fuel pump pressure? Here is a how to for checking:

I would recommend checking that. Let me know what you find.
