1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass fuel pump isnt getting any power

Electrical problem
1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Engine Size unknown Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 74000 miles

I already replaced the fuel pump, and the relay. There is power to the relay, but no power from the relay to the pump. Cannot find a fuse, or impact safety switch anywhere. Don't know source of the higher amp voltage that comes out of the relay and to the pump.
