Noises problem
1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The car was making a clicking sound so I thought it was the starter, put in a new starter and its still making the clicking sound and still wont start, what else could be the problem?

Olds Cutlass What? The info I looked at was Ciera S. I'd make sure the battery has a full charge and the connections are clean and tight on both ends. Some of the national brand autostores will test the battery for you and recharge, where necessary. Next, I'd check the starter circuits.
