1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass 93 sutlass supreme loops wen runnin

Im working on a 93 cutlass supreme with a 3.1l multiport fi. I have changed the plugs and gapped them.045 which is wat the label under the hood reqiured, I also have changed the intake plenum gaskets and the coils and module. The car still loops I also have checked the fuel pressure and it reads 40psi which it should. I dnt know wat else 2 do. HELP!

Remove the EGR valve and see if it is stuck open from a piece of carbon or something.

It is actually losing air out of the egr so im going to replace it and the cat converter is rattling so im thinking that it is also bad. Thanx
