1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass 46,000 miles

wE HAVE A 92 OLDS THAT HAS SAT IN THE DRIVEWAY FOR 3 YRS...WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO TO GET IT UP AND RUNNING AGAIN SAFELY?
bESIDES THE OBVIOUS, NEW BATTERY, NEW TIRES? CAN WE ADD DRY GAS TO THE OLD GAS OR DO WE NEED TO DRAIN ALL THE OLD GAS OUT?

The old fuel needs removed and replaced. Also, give it a good check over. If it has set for 3 years, don't overlook the steel brake lines and fuel line. Also, check brakes, have the oil changed and have the trans checked for service. Finally make sure a mouse or something didn't build a nest in the air filter box.

Give it a good overall inspection.
