1997 Oldsmobile Ciera Transmission

I drive and at a speed of 55-60 it has little jerks now and then but if I'm on a straight and under that speed works good. What would it be? Some have told me that it can be the TSC or the TCC. And I looked in a repair book and said that it can be needing a tune up.

It does sound more engine related than transmission. Has the check engine light ever come on? Have you checked fuel pump pressure? Have you checked to see if there are any vacuum leaks?
