1990 Oldsmobile Ciera fuel system

The car won't start
It has fuel and spark
The crank sensor has been replaced
After putting a pressure gauge at it, it read 48 psi at the rail.
Someone said it may be a computer problem can you elaborate?

Do you have injection pulses from the injectors?

Crank engine over and listen if the injector/s are clicking
