First of all, I know I have a bad turn signal, headlight, cruise, wiper assembly; sometimes the amenities work, and sometimes they don't. Also, I sometimes have to smack or tap the key into the ignition for the lights to come on the dash when the key is in the run position. Could these be related? What do I need to replace? Secondly, the vehicle will turn over and over without starting. I spray a bit of starting fluid into the breather and it fires right up and stays running. After it is warmed up, it will crank with no problems. After sitting for a few hours or overnight, I have to spray fluid in it again. What could be the problem?

turnsignal, cruise, wipers are all on the same lever... may need a new turn signal unit installed.... as far as it only running once it starts with fluid, sounds like it may be losing fuel pressure over a period of time, and thats telling me a fuel spider.... this is a 4.3, or a 2.8 v6?

This is a 4.3L V6. What is a fuel spider? Could the problem be related to the ignition problem stated earlier? Additional info: The Bravada had been sitting for about a year without being started. Should I have the fuel pressure checked or replace the fuel filter or...?
