1994 Oldsmobile Bravada blower not working

The fan seems to go on strong then slowly stop blowing sometimes it works when the car first starts some days it doesnt blow at all and especially when its cold when I need the heat

Try direct power to the blower motor from the battery, if okay test the blower motor resistor

When the fan stops work you can also lightly tap on the blower motor with a screw driver and see if it starts working. This will tell you if the motor is going bad if it starts back up. Its quick and easy to try.

Well I dont wanna sound dumb but I dont know where the blower is located and it is 28 below zero where I live right now so I cant really search around do I get at it from under the dash on the passenger side?

Its located under the hood on the passenger side of the firewall
