CAN THE STABLIZE SYSTEM MAKE MY CAR SHAKE

You need to provide a little more information.
Does your car shake and wobble only when you apply the brakes? Does it get worse as speed increases?

Your stability control can not make your car shake and wobble. If it occurs ONLY when you apply the brakes, then it is your rotors are out-of-round, you have a caliper loose, ect. (It will be something related to your brakes)

If it occurs when the brakes are not applied, and gets worse as speed increases, then it's either a tire/rim out of balance, an axle/C.V. joint bent, or another suspension related problem.
