1995 Oldsmobile Aurora lights and radio lights flashing on

I bought a 1995 oldsmobile auroa about 2 months ago
and the engine light came on and went to find out why and it had beenstraight wired and it was missing power control module so went and got a used one and put in car runs like adream but the radio and lights are flasing on and off and the power control box makes aclicking sound can any one help
