Try this and let me know what happens
To override the starter kill, turn
the ignition on and press the
Valet button within 10 seconds.
The status LED will stop flashing
and the vehicle should start. If it does not start,
you may have waited too long; turn the ignition off and repeat the
process.

The Valet button is on the Interface Module under the dashboard most likey on the driver side and if this doesn't help then you can disconect the whole system I am waiting on Viper to send me the info on how to remove

I also recieved this from viper
Where's the Valet switch? Locked away in the glove box! Open the vehicle's door and get in and out of Valet by pressing 1-2-1 on your remote. Remote Valet turns security off but leaves convenience on. You can turn off the system for servicing or valet parking directly from the remote control. Convenience by remote control: No more reaching for a switch installed in the vehicle.

What you need to do now is with fuel pressure tester run car in drive till it stops keeping an eye on pressure let me know if you loose pressure
41-47 PSI(Pounds per Square Inch)

Note:
Position the ignition switch and the A/C system in the
off position. Install a fuel pressure gauge to the
vehicles fuel pressure valve.
Confirm that no leaks are present, and with the key
on, engine off verify the PSI reading on the gauge.
And then start car and let run till it stops I beleive you said it takes about 10 min. You could have a bad fuel pump or filter

A manifold absolute pressure sensor (MAP) is one of the sensors used in an internal combustion engine's electronic control system. And yes the ignition control modual can and will go out or even heat up and intermitantly go out so can all the sensors on engines you have camshaft position sensor crankshaft position sensor ignition control modual ect. That all control the engine and its functions
