Ok i've been out of this for a while maybe someone could steer me correctly-
95 aurora 4.0L no start
fuel press approx 32psi(calls for 45), has spark (checked with spark tester), smells like fuel and plugs wet.
2 history codes p060(cruise code) p0117 QDSM#3 short/open)
no mil (does work)
what am i missing? is 12psi less of fuel enough to no start?
btw with a scanner it shows mph as 123 and its not moving??
