I have power to turn the starer over and I hear the fuel pump start when I turn the key, but the engine won't start. I do not know where the fuel filter is located on this vehicle; the fuel pump I assume is under the back seat. I have not checked the plugs. I don't know if is getting the correct pressure or anything. Any help would be appreciated

The pump is in the tank.

Need to find what is missing, fuel and/or spark...compression is probably fine.

Spray some carb cleaner or starting fluid into the throttle body and see if it starts for a moment.
