Engine Mechanical problem
2001 Oldsmobile Alero 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic XXXXXX miles

Ok my aunt drove to walmart then when inside and when she went to start the can when leaving the car wouldn't start. the car has spark. there is power the car trys to start but i think it's not getting fuel. i can hear the fuel pump and there is no leaks. the dealership told me that the sercurity device had been activated and i have to leave the key turned forward for 10-15 minutes. i tried that and no luck. then i tried disconectingf the battery. someone help please.
