1996 Oldsmobile Achieva no start
Electrical problem
1996 Oldsmobile Achieva 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 75,000 miles
drove car home and let idle for a while, turnes it off an 20 minutes later went to re-start, security light started flashing and car won't start now?

Hi:
For some reason the security system has shut the engine down. Does your key have a small transister in it? Try a different key if you have one. Also, there is a sensor in the steering column that may have gone bad. If the extra key doesn't help, most likely you will need to take the car to a dealer that has the necessary test equipment.
