When I took the vehicle into the dealer and they said the oil trap was blocked and ETA dirty. They quoted me around $860 for repair. Is that normal?

Rear heating on the same Volvo does not work; or it does not seem to have hot air blowing thru the rear vents. Any idea what may be the cause of the issue please?

Thank you

Depends on there hourly right and what parts cost? Do you have a break down on parts and labor? The oil trap alone is 3.5 hours to replace assuming these is the inline 5 engine?
