Oil pressure too low?

So, my car keeps juddering when driving like it wants to stall. Sometimes it cuts out completely and then has a warning message saying 'stop oil pressure too low'

I took it to the garage today and he did a full oil/filter change.
He also said that this could be because of blocked fuel lines. It does seem a little better when driving but has still cut out/juddered a few times.
I'm really confused.

This could be because of a vacuum leak, or the fuel filters need to be changed. This is a diesel engine, correct? Check for a vacuum leak when the engine is cold. Also, we should service the throttle body.
