The truck drives loud when going over 60 km's and gets louder the faster I go like a loud buzzing sound. I thought it was the rear end so I changed that still same problem exists. Changed the right side tie rods cause it was wobbly still no change. And the truck jerks well applying the brake every now and again. Any idea what else it could be?

Good morning

It sounds like the front wheel bearings may be the issue. Try jacking up the front end one wheel at a time and spin the wheel. You may feel vibrations from wheel that would indicate a failed bearing

On the driver side when I turned the wheel there may have been a slight vibration of some sort at the same spot of rotation and little of the same on the other side. Reason why I say may have been a vibration is because I did not feel it just heard what sounded like dry metal rubbing against each other at the same spot of rotation on both sides. By the looks of it I think the previous owner already change the driver side hub and bearings because it looks much newer than the other side.

Okay, then I would still inspect the bearings. The one side that is not new may be the noisy one
