I have replaced the timing chain and gears, all injectors, fuel pump, fuel pressure valve, plugs wires, ECM, relays, checked fuses and will only start and run if I pour fuel into throttle body. The car listed above has a ga16 engine. I should add new oil and filter as well any ideas where to look now.

Hi,

If you have fuel pressure at the engine, then either we aren't getting power to the fuel injectors or there is no ground path being provided by the PCM.

I attached a pic below of the fuel injectors. Note that each injector has a black wire with a red tracer. I need you to check if there is power present at that wire (on any injector or all) when the key is in the start or run position. If there is, we may have a PCM issue.

The PCM provides a ground path for the injectors to complete the circuit and allow the injector to do its job. If that ground isn't present, we need to do some checking.

If it isn't present, we need to check if there is a ground path being provided. Take a test light and attach the alligator clip to the battery-positive terminal. Probe the opposite wire while a helper cranks the engine. The light should strobe on and off. Note: For this test, you are not checking for power at the black/red wire. Instead, we are checking for ground at the other wire at the connector.

Let me know what you find.

Take care,

Joe
