I replaced my water pump recently, and got it all put back together. When I tried to start it up, no spark. I popped the cover off, and my timing belt is moving my camshafts. My fuel pump is running, and everything is hooked up. What could I be missing?

Confirm that you didn't disconnect or damage cam or crank sensors.

There was only one visible plug, and it was on the driver side timing cover. It was connected when I was cranking it over.

The cam sensor is on the left front cylinder head behind the timing cover. The crank sensor is on the lower left side of the engine block. Check both. I feel confident something has happened with one of them.
