No power to code reader

Cigarette lighters do not work, code reader has no power to it. The heater/AC blower stopped working. What could be the problem and how do I fix it?

Replace the fifteen amp cigarette fuse in the fuse block near the battery. This should fix the problem. If the fuse blows again check out what you may have plugged into the cigarette lighter or the lighter it self.
