The air conditioner in my car is not working. There is no voltage to the blower motor. The control panel lights up on the speed changer but there are no lights on the buttons that control the ac and fresh air. I bought a new resistor and a new controller module but there is no change.

Hi, I'm Dan. I've attached a schematic to help you locate the issue. If there is no power to the blower, then I would check the fuse to make sure 1. Its good, and 2. You have power at the fuse with the key on.
I would start with Fuse #19 under the hood, and then the fuses in the body control module, which is located in the side of the center console near the front passenger's feet. See that attached schematics and BCM location.
