OBD Codes P1166 and P1167?

My Front 02 Sensor (the one on the cat) has no power, I've traced all the wires there is nothing broken or messed up that I can see, everything was still wrapped up tight, I'm showing OBD Codes P1166 and P1167. And when I look at the graph on the bidirectional scanner it's completely flat, 0.0v, sensor 2 is functioning. Also, I replaced both sensors as a first step when I started getting this code, and these two codes are the only codes present, the car is clear besides those.

Yep, it sounds like the voltage driver inside the PCM has gone out. You can send yours in to be tested and repaired or you can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. Here is the location of the PCM which is in the lower center of the dash so you can swap it out which should fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
