We just replaced the timing cover and gaskets, now that we're done, there's no power at all to start the vehicle. I replaced the battery and nothing. No headlights, no interior lights, nothing at all. Turn the key (which BTW is stuck in the ignition) Nothing at all. No click, nothing. What do you suggest I check, look for, etc?

Hi,

Is there power to anything? For example, do the lights work, or does the radio work? Let me know.

Also, there is a main ground from the battery that attaches to the left side of the engine. See pics 1 and 2. Number 3 in the pic is the ground I'm referring to. However, check the highlighted other grounds as well.

If the grounds are good, I need you to check if there is power in the under-hood fuse box. There are two fuses I need you to check, ign 1 and ign 2 fuses. Using a test light, check for power at the fuses. I believe the ign 2 fuse may be related to the key issue. See pic 3

Let me know what you find.

Joe
