I can't comment on the work you had done, I can't see anything from here. As far as oil pressure, maybe a wire connector was knocked loose from oil pressure sending unit?
Is the engine overheating? Remove the thermostat, hook everything back up, minus the thermostat. Now do you have coolant flow? With crossflow radiator, you can drain the coolant down just till you can see the top couple of coolant passages. Without the thermostat coolant flow should be instant with engine running. If no coolant flow maybe water pump or clogged engine? With belt driven pump, the belt is on, correct?
