no oil

found there was littel oil on the dipstick would the cumputer shut off to prevent damage ?

if the oil level gets low a light will come on on dash informing you of that. if there is no oil and no pressure your fuel pum p would not run as it is connected to oil pressure sender so your engine would quit running
