Put in valve cvr, pulsing coils, throttle pedal sensor, accelerator pedal sensor, crank sensor and MAF. Car won't start. Spray starter fluid in throttle and it tries to start but doesn't. I only (think) the coil connector wires are right on ign coil. Also installed a new fuel pump. I believe I detected 12v on all three ign connector wires to cylinders 2 and 3. Test with voltmeter. I think it was with switch on. Isn't it supposed to be 12v to the power and ground and not the signal wire? I'm at wits end trying to solve this problem. Only car I have, and it's been down a month now.

Hi,

The power should be consistent. The ECM provides a ground path. The ground path is only present when the engine is cranking or running.

Let me know exactly where you had power and exactly what is happening.
