I have no A/C or heat. The buttons on the panel to control them don't work and when pressed there is no light showing they are on and off. The radio and GPS/navigation works just fine. I have replaced the blower motor, and the ac auto amp and still nothing. Ran the diagnostic test and the TX for HVAC was okay but the Rx for HVAC came back unknown. Replaced multiple fuses as well.

Hi,

Are there any trouble codes that are present? For example, is U1000 or U1010 present? If not, then we need to move to a test. Here are the directions. Starting at number 3, it focuses on the HVAC RX circuit continuity. I have a feeling this will lead you to the fault.

The attached pics correlate with the directions.

I pull up the diagnostic on the in dash screen and it won't let me select the HVAC option. It's there, however, I click on it nothing happens. I did run the CAN system test and got this. See pic below.
Possible relay? The panel itself? I read it could be the IPDM. Really at a stand still and the cold weather is coming in.

Hi,

Based on what I'm seeing, it sounds like a wiring issue. If you look at the directions I attached above, go down to number 3. Is that something you feel comfortable doing?
