new starter clicks like old one

1992 nissan v6 truck manuel trans,about a week ago my starter would just click and not start truck so i broke out the manuel.IT said check battery,I replaced with new one,then it said starter faulty which I replaced with new one and solenoid. still just a click next it said bad positive and negative cables which I replaced and guess what click! so help please!!

bench test the starter, i have seen even new starters have been bad, if it is ok then check the voltage going to the starter with the starter in the car.
