'93 Nissan Pickup wont start

I have replaced the starter, clutch switch and battery. I keep hearing a clicking noise from the relay area. Could this be the interlock relay gone bad.

P0400 is the Exhaust Gas Recirculation flow Malfunction

and

P0325 is the Knock Sensor 1 Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 or Single Sensor)

Thought I would throw those up there so someone can interpret what they mean. Cause I have no idea either. Lol to an average person, they don't look too serious to me but what do I know? :Shock:
