1993 Nissan Truck truck wont start

I turn the key and get nothing. I can do this three or four times then i turn it and it starts. This has been going on for about 2 months now it has never failed to start. Sometimes it will start first time but it usually takes 3 or four tries, sometimes more. I replaced the the starter and solenoid but it still does the same thing. It makes no noise when I'm trying to start it,until it starts. Then it just cranks over. Any ideas
