You can drive the truck for 10 minutes. When you shut it off it will not start like it is flooded and you can smell alot of gas. If you let it set for 30 minutes to a hour take out the injector clean it and put it back in it will start again. I have replaced the 1 and 2 injector, fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter. What is wrong.

Probable causes of an engine running rich are as follows:

1. Excessive fuel pressure can be cause by restricted fuel return line or defective fuel pressure regulator.
2. Defective Oxygen Sensors.
3. Leaking injectors and fuel pressure regulator.
4. Coolant temperature sensor out of calibration.
5. Restricted air intake system.
