1987 Nissan Truck Engine pressure gone

My engine has lost most of it's power.
You can drive it but you won't go over 10 mph.
It is blowing smoke like crazy.
It's not nocking at all.
It's start ok but after 15 seconds it starts smoking.
The smoke is blue or dark gray (alot of it).
