What has recently been done to the vehicle? When did you start to notice this.

Just bought couple days ago, didn't really notice it until I got it on the freeway and couldn't control it around 50-65mph. I heard something about shims on the upper A-Arm but I'm not for sure.

Sure its toe and not a camber/ caster issue. If its on the control arm it wouldnt really affect toe. They are more for camber and caster.

Toe is adjusted by turning the tie rods. Can you get me a picture of the front end?

You have to use shims between upper link spindle and upper link bracket.

Upper part of your suspension upper spindle link and upper spindle bracket. Look for the spindle youll see bolt. You put the shims there.

Well I thought I figured it out, though I can't seem to get the tires straight. Can you explain what caster is? Thanks.

Helps vehicle corner and wheels straighten out after a turn. Negative is when the tops of the wheels are in more then the bottom. Positive is the opposite. Is yours negative or positive.
