I replaced a dead alternator in my pickup, and a dead battery and I get power to all the switched and lights now, but it won't turn over or even try to start. It worked fine until it just ran out of juice and died last night while driving home. Any idea what might be causing this? I have triple and quadruple checked all the wiring and connections and still get nothing.

Could be a blown fusible link, the starter, starter interlock relay, clutch switch/and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.
