My car make loud noises like squeling or ratting when the engine is cold. After the engine gets hot it doesnt make the noises anymeore. I took it to the dealer they said the water pump was broke and replaced it but it still make noises especially when i press the gas. I think its maybe the belts, what could it be?

If the belts have never been replaced, I would. Belts are good for 60K miles. While the belts are off the engine, have them spin each pulley independently one by one, to eliminate potential bad pulley.

Hey you responeded to my question about the noises. I wanted to ask you do think it could also be the valves or the water pump again?

Neither. The sound that you hear stops once the engine warms up. Had it been the water pump or the valves, the sound would have been louder and increases in pitch and intensity as you drive faster. And it makes no difference if the engine is cold or warm.
